- Deliveries are currently restricted to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK) and European Union (EU).

- Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days.

- Delivery times may vary depending on the final destination and the current workload of our delivery partners.

- Delivery charges for orders within the UK / EU will be displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

- From time to time, Opulix Ltd may offer promotional delivery rates or free delivery on orders exceeding a certain value. These promotions will be advertised on our website and are subject to change.

- Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3-5 business days from the dispatch date.

-Standard delivery within thw EU typically takes 7-10 business days from the dispatch date.

- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or peak delivery periods.

- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

- You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website.

- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange for a re delivery or where to collect your parcel.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for a parcel’s collection or re delivery within the carrier’s specified time-frame.

- Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If any damage is found, please contact the delivery carrier immediately to report the issue.

- If there are any discrepancies with your order (missing or wrong items), please contact Opulix Ltd at opulix.uk@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
