At Opulix, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with our luxury bath salts. However, we understand that there may be times when a return is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted. 

- We accept returns of our products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- Products must be returned in their original condition, with all seals intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene standards.

- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at opulix.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your product to us.

3. Returns must be sent via a traceable method at your own expense.

4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as requested.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), provided they meet our return conditions.
